Hearts and Doodles by Sandra Botham

Instructions

I love to create things just because and this is one of those projects. This project can however be made into a card if you wished.

Step 1: Gather together, all 4 tags, paints and blending tools.

Step 2: Using the Postbox Red cover areas of your tag with the blending too. Then add the Bubblegum Pink to areas left. Keep going over in turn until you are happy with the depth of colour and the blend.

Step 3: Taking a brayer and the same 2 coloured paints cover your washi tape with the paint.

Step 4: Attach them together both front and back with the Journaling tape. Fold in concertina style.

Step 5: Using a pencil and the Dylusions Journal Block, create a border going all the way around your tags.

Step 6: Using Dylusions Black Marble Paint, colour in the border. Leave to once side to full dry.

Step 7: Stamp out the images you want and cut them out. Colour your images using Ink Spray filled waterbrushes.

Step 8: Taking the small Hearts Dylusions stencil and White Dylusions Paint Pen, go around the outside black border adding the hearts.

Step 9: Using the Dylusions Black Marble Paint Pen doodle dashes around the inside of the border.

Step 10: Using the Ranger Glue Stick, adhere your images where you would like them.

Step 11: Using the Bubblegum Pink area of the Dylusions Mixed Media Ink Palette and a small Dylusions heart from the Lovestruck Lucy stamp set, add a few random hearts in the background. Also stamp out some of the small hearts onto card with the black section, to add to your piece using your glue.
