I LOVE this cutter. I've been through over a dozen cutters in my crafting years and this is my favorite, by far. The blades are sharp and the cutting is precise. The spring-loaded arm was a great idea. I make about 300 cards per month for Meals on Wheels and the most aggravating part was picking up that arm constantly and putting it back down on other cutters. I know it sounds trivial, but when you do it about a thousand times a month, it becomes much more annoying. This is a well thought out machine!
