Even when you only have a few minutes to yourself, you can still create a great art journal page. With the Dylusions Dy-cuts you can skip the step of having to stamp and cut out images! All the work is done for you! How great is that!Â
Â
Step 1:Â Open up to a mixed media cardstock page in your Classics Journal.Â
Â
Step 2:Â Using the Dylusions Journaling block as a guide, paint some wavy stripes in Dylusions Lemon Zest Shimmer Paint.Â
Â
Step 3:Â Fill in the blank spaces with Dylusions Pink Flamingo Shimmer Paint.Â
Â
Step 4: Gather images from the Dylusions Collage Sheets to create a border around your page. Then outline them with the Dylusions Black Marble Paint Pen. Â
Â
Step 5:Â You will need these three images from the new Dy-cut sets Me Bodies and Surviving, and cut them as shown. We will be using the outfit on the left, the head and the legs. You may keep the other pieces for another use.Â
Â
Step 6:Â Glue the Dy-cuts as shown and add a quote from Bigger Back Chat, Black Set 3.Â
Â
Step 7:Â Using the Dylusions Paint Pens in Black Marble and White Linen, doodle around your quote and painted lines.Â
Â
Step 8: You have competed a page in your art journal in no time! It’s so quick and easy to pull a page together with just a few great supplies!Â
