Adding a little sheen to your page has never been easier using Dylusions Dyamond Dust. Make a page look elevated with little effort!
Step 1: Turn to a blank page in your Dylusions Black Dot Grid Journal. You will also need the Dylusions stamp set Further Around the Edge and your Dyamond Medium Pad.
Step 2: Stamp the border on the bottom of your page leaving a row below. Using the smaller brush in your Dyamon Brush Set, apply Pink Flamingo Dyamond Dust to the scalloped part of the stamped border. Apply Laidback Lilac Dyamond Dust to the rest of the stamped image. Using the larger brush in the set, gently brush away the excess dust.
Step 3: Repeat Step 2, around the perimeter of your page remembering to leave a row along the outside of the page. When you get to an area you don’t want stamped, place a piece of scrap paper to cover the area and proceed to stamp your image.
Step 4: When you have completed your stamping, it should look similar to this.
Step 5: Adhere washi tape to the space we left around the border of our page. This gives our border and page a nice clean finish.
Step 6: Find these images from the Dylusions Collage Sheets Sets 1 and 4, and glue them onto your page as shown.
Step 7: Apply Dylusions Stickles to the circles in the scalloped border and also to the circles on the end of the bottom eyelashes.
Step 8: Add a quote to finish off your page. This one can be found in the Bigger Back Chat, White 3. It reads, “I tried to contain myself, but I escaped”.
A simple page, but it is definitely not lacking anything. The shimmer of the Dylusions Dust really adds to a journal page making less, more!
