Scrap piece of white paper
Black cardstock
Step 1: Take a white piece of scrap paper and using your Dylusions Journaling Block, draw a line on your paper as shown. Cut along this line.
Step 2: Place the larger piece of paper on a kraft page in your Classics journal as shown in the picture. You may want to use a piece of washi tape to keep it in place. Stamp (alternating) the two figures from the Couture stamp set Man About Town Duo on the exposed kraft paper.
Step 3: Use the smaller piece of white scrap paper you cut to cover the area you just stamped. Place the larger piece down about 3”. Now stamp (alternating) the two figures from the Couture Stamp set Walk in the Park Duo.
Step 4: Continue this process until you have filled the page as shown.
Step 5: Place the mask portion of the Dylusions Stencils & Masks sets, A Day at the Races and Ladies Who Lunch on a black piece of cardstock. Trace around the images with the Dylusions White Marble Paint Pen. Use the photos as references.
Step 6: Cut out the image on the black cardstock. Trace a second purse separately and cut it out as well.
Step 7: Make a fold on the purse using the straight edge of the Journaling Block.
Step 8: Apply glue on the back of the separate purse and the folded piece of the purse on the larger image.
Step 9: The separate purse will be fully glued down to your journal page. Then you will line up the purse on your larger image with the purse on your journal page. This creates a hinge.
Your page is complete. You can dress up the front of your images by adding some doodles. You can also have some hidden journaling on the back!
