Finally it has arrived, the Dina Wakley MEdia 6x6 Kraft Journal! If you have enjoyed using the regular MEdia Journal, then you will love to have an entire journal filled with kraft pages. Kraft offers an inviting background to create on and can be less intimidating than bright white, empty pages. Follow along and see how you can make your colors really stand out on your pages.Â
Â
Step 1: Using the Elements Collage Paper, cut out some organic shapes. Here, shapes that resembled bumps or mountains were cut out.  Â
Step 2: Glue clusters of your tissue shapes around the page with Ultra Thick Gel Medium. Create some more shapes with Cheddar and Turqoise Acrylic Paints onto your page. Â
Step 3:Â Find some fun images without hats from the Idea-ology Photobooth set. Cut them out and add to the tops of your forms to create organic figures. Glue with Ultra Thick Gel Medium.Â
Â
Step 4 : Using a Stabilo All Pencil, go around the figures and smudge to create a little more depth. Use your pens to doodle and create some abstract marks on the page. Â
Â
Step 5: Cut some hats out of the collage tissue and add them to the figures with Ultra Thick Gel Medium. Add some random stenciling around the page with the Bumps stencil and some White Acrylic Paint and a Mini Blending Tool. Â
Step 6: Stamp a fun phrase from the No Refunds Cling Stamp set with Black Archival Ink onto White Cardstock and cut out. Glue to the page. Â
