Hello crafty friends! I was inspired by seeing bunnies hop around in my backyard to make today’s card. This card features the Easter Bunnies stamps and dies. The bunnies and chicks on this stamp set are so adorable! I truly enjoyed making this card, and I hope it gives you inspiration to do something fun and creative today!Â
Â
Step 1: Start by creating an A2 card base out of Stark White Cardstock. Cut the 8½ x 11 card stock at 5 ½, then score it at a 4 ¼. Cut another piece measuring 4 x 5¼ to be your front panel.Â
 Â
Step 2: Next, use the rectangle swatch shape stamp from the Paint Swatches stamp set and ink it with Clear Skies, Sike! and Overzealous inks. Then, use the blending tool to blend colors and to remove any harsh lines. Now, use the Ranger Misters to spray water on the ink stamp.Â
Â
Step 3: Stamp the image on the center of the front panel piece.Â
Â
Step 4: Use the round image from the Paint Swatches stamp set and ink it with Rosy Cheeks. Next, stamp the image around the the front panel piece.Â
Â
Step 5: Once images have been stamped on the front panel piece, use a black pen to draw small lines to make it look like stitches around the stamped images.Â
Â
Step 6: On a separate piece of card stock, stamp the bunny with the butterfly image and a chick image from the Easter Bunnies stamp set with Jet Black Archival ink. Then, heat emboss with clear embossing powder.Â
Â
Step 7: Use one of the Ranger Artist brushes to color the bunny with Cookie Dough, Sidewalk Chalk, Triple Berry, and Piggyback inks. Next, color the chick image with Slippery When Wet and Guppy inks.Â
Â
Step 8: Next use the coordinating dies from the Easter Bunnies set to die cut the images. Die cut extras to glue together to add dimension.Â
Â
Step 9: Use Wendy Vecchi MAKE ART Perfect Card Adhesive to glue the front panel piece on the A2 card base.Â
Â
Step 10: Next, glue the bunny and chick image on the rectangle stamped image from step 2.Â
Â
Step 11: On a piece of card stock stamp one of the sentiments from the Easter Bunnies stamp set with Jet Black Archival ink. Then, heat emboss with clear embossing powder.Â
Â
Step 12: Use the banner die from the Easter Bunnies set to die cut the sentiment. Die cut extras to glue together to add dimension.Â
Â
Step 13: Use the blending tool and Sidewalk Chalk ink to ink the banner die cut.Â
Â
Step 14: Add glossy accents to the rabbit’s tail and the butterfly image. Next, add Stardust Stickles on the rectangle background.Â
Â
Step 15: To finish the card, match it with a complimentary envelope and it is ready to be sent to a loved one this Spring!Â
