Instructions
Step 1: Using the Jet Black Archival Ink, stamp the wreath outline image from the Posh Poinsettias set in the upper/center of a white card base trimmed to 3.75” x 5”. Next, stamp the layered wreath image in the Fake Plant Dye Ink.
Step 2: On a scrap piece of plastic or a larger acrylic block, smoosh the Game Over Ink Pad directly on to the surface. Spritz the ink with the Distress Sprayer until little droplets begin to form in the ink. Adding too much water will make your color very faint, so experiment with how much water you like to get the color you prefer!
Step 3: Using the size 2 paintbrush from Dina Wakley, ‘paint’ on the Game Over Ink on the floral parts of the wreath. Stamp your desired sentiment from the Posh Poinsettias stamp set under the wreath in Jet Black Archival Ink.
Step 4: On a second piece of Stark White cardstock measuring 4” x 5.25”, swipe the Game Over Ink Pad directly to the surface of the paper. Continue this around the edges of the cardstock. Use this piece as a mat for your card panel with the wreath. This gives you a perfectly coordinated accent to add a little interest to your clean and simple card!
Step 5: Mount the coordinating mat and card panel to a white A2 sized card base and, just like that, your card is finished! You’re on your way to having all of your Christmas cards knocked out in no time!
