Instructions

Step 1: Spray Mixed Media Heavystock with Distress Spray Stain and Distress Mica Spray and dry with a Heat-It Tool.

Step 2: Add a few Droplets of water by pulling the trigger of the Distress Spritzer slowly, blot off with a soft towel and dry with a Heat-It Tool.

Step 3: Try different color combinations to create the perfect colors of fall.
Yellow – Fossilized Amber, Distress Mica Spray-Tarnish Brass
Orange – Rusty Hinge, Fossilized Amber, Distress Mica Spray-Tarnish Brass
Green – Peeled Paint, Distress Mica Spray-Tarnish Brass
Fall – Peeled Paint, Rusty Hinge, Distress Mica Spray-Tarnish Brass

Step 4: Die cut leaves from the colors of your choice using the Fall Foliage Thinlits set.

Step 5: Ink through the dies to add the veins of the leaves using Gathered Twigs Distress Ink on a Mini Ink Blending Tool.

Step 6: Ink the edges of the leaves with Gathered Twigs Distress Ink on a Mini Ink Blending Tool.

Step 7: Position Layering Stencil over Linen background, cover area next to stencil and spray Distress Spray Stain (Antique Linen) and a little Distress Mica Spray (Tarnished Brass) through the stencil. Carefully remove stencil.

Step 8: Repeat to cover entire background area.

Step 9: Die cut message as desired, sand and ink the edges with Distress Ink (Gathered Twigs) on a Mini Ink Blending Tool.

Step 10: Layer background on to base card and adhere with Distress Collage Medium. Adhere message and leaves with Distress Collage Medium.

Step 11: Continue adhering leaves to card. Embellish with a little twine bow.

With the left over cardstock I was able to get another card so I switch it up by using a stamped message.
