How easy it is to create fun pages that work so well together when you have fabulous Dylusions products! Join me as I easily create three journal pages in less time than it would often take me to make one!!!Â
Â
Â
Â
Step 1: You will need two consecutive blank pages in your Dylusions Black Square Journal. The first page will need to be blank on both sides and the second just on the front. Â
Â
Â
Step 2: Place your Dylusions Stencil Lock ‘n’ Roll on the front of your first page. Using your Dylusions White Linen Paint Pen trace three rows of six centered on the page. Â
Â
Â
Step 3: Using the Dylusions Cutting Mat and a knife, cut along the inside of the white lines. Outline the shapes with the White Linen Paint Pen on the back side of the page as well.Â
Â
Â
Step 4: On the next page, to the left, apply some Dylusions Shimmer Paint in Vanilla Custard through the stencil Write It Out. Allow to dry completely.Â
Â
Â
Step 5: While you wait, stamp out the images shown from the Dylusions Stamp Sets, Man About Town, Paper Doll, and Drink Me. Â
Â
Â
Step 6: Cut the images out and glue them onto your page as shown. You may then use the Black Marble Dylusions Paint Pen to color in parts of the stamped images. Â
Â
Â
Step 7: Using the same Black Marble Paint Pen, add a quote or some journaling to your stenciled blocks. Here a quote has been taken from the movie Alice in Wonderland. Trace around those journaling blocks with the White Linen Paint Pen.Â
Â
Â
Step 8: To add a little bit more, lets go back to the very first page and add some of the Leaf It Out Stencil around the parameter of the page using Dirty Martini! That finishes things off nicely!Â
Â
Â
Step 9: Look at the three pages you have created and add any doodling you wish with the Black Marble and White Linen Paint Pens.Â
Â
Final Words:Â
It doesn’t have to be complicated to create interactive pages. These three were created very quickly and with little effort! Sometimes less is indeed more!Â
