I am absolutely in love with the new Dylusions Diddy Stamps and Dyalog Stencils! I want to use them over and over again in every book I own! They make keeping track a breeze and fun!!!Â
Â
Step 1: For this tutorial you will need two pages side by side in your Dylusions Dyalog Kraft Insert Book.Â
Â
Â
Step 2: Tape off the second page to protect it from any paint.Â
Â
Â
Step 3: Line up the Dylusions Dyalog Stencil – Border It Again so half of the diamond is along the edge of the page. Apply Dylusions White Linen paint with the Mini Ink Blending Tool.Â
Â
Â
Step 4: Outline the stenciled image with a Letter It Fineliner 04.Â
Â
Â
Step 5: Stamp a Calendar (the large one) from the Dylusions Diddy Stamp – Check It Out. Add the Month above the Calendar using the ‘month of choice’ stamp from Dylusions Diddy Stamp – Boxed Monthly. You can add the dates in the calendar with the Letter It Fineliner 01.Â
Â
Â
Step 6: On the bottom section of the page stamp the words ‘to don’t’ from the Dylusions Diddy Stamp – Box It Up. Then add the squares from the Dylusions Diddy Stamp – Mini Doodles to mark important dates for the month. Â
Â
Â
Step 7: Using the Dylusions White Linen Paint Pen add some highlights to your stamping. Â
Â
Â
Step 8: On the second page in your Dyalog center the Keyhole mask from the Dylusions Dyalog Stencil – Mask It. Â
*tip add temporary adhesive to the back of the mask to keep it in place while you work.Â
Â
Â
Step 9: With the mask in place, stamp the days of the week from the Dylusions Diddy Stamp – ooh What a Day!Â
Â
Â
Step 10: Remove the mask and place the stencil in place and trace around the opening with the Letter It Fineliner.Â
Â
Â
Step 11: Add some white highlights with the White Linen Paint Pen like you did on the first page and you are done!Â
Â
Â
Now you have a great monthly spread that helps you keep track of important dates and looks great too!Â
