Hi there, friends! With Valentine’s Day just around the corner it’s important to love yourself too and what better way to do that than to sit down and take some creative time for yourself! Follow along to see how the gorgeous new Dylusions stamps and Dyamond products create a fun page in your journal celebrating you!

Step 1: Open to a blank page in your Large Dylusions Black Dot Grid Journal. Mount 2 of the wavy borders stamps from the new stamp set onto the Long Journal Stamp Block and ink your stamps with the Dylusions Dyamond Medium Pad.

Step 2: Stamp the wavy borders onto the left side of the page. Cover with Dylusions Clear Dyamond Pebbles embossing powder and tap off the excess. Use the Ranger Heat It Craft Tool to emboss.

Step 3: Repeat Step #2 with the one remaining wavy border stamp toward the right side of the page.

Step 4: Mix a small amount of Dylusions Dyamond Dust in Pure Sunshine with a couple drops of water and do the same with Squeezed Orange. Using a small Dylusions paint brush, paint the wavy borders with the Dyamond Dust mixture.

Step 5: Splatter the remainder of your wet Dyamond Dust colors from Step #4 onto the page. Splatter Dylusions Flip Cap Paint in Bubblegum Pink across your page as well.

Step 6: Using Dylusions Flip Cap Paint in Black Marble, paint a border around your page using the dot grid pattern to help make the lines straight. After the paint is dry draw loose lines around the border with the White Linen paint pen.

Step 7: Paint a separate sheet of mixed media paper with Dylusions Flip Cap Paint in Bubblegum Pink and Cranberry Juice. Don’t worry about blending the colors or leaving brush strokes as it just adds texture! When the paint is dry use the White Linen paint pen to write down some nice things about yourself.

Step 8: Using the Black Marble paint pen, draw a bunch of hearts of different sizes and cut them out.

Step 9: Arrange the hearts on your page to your liking and glue them down with the Dylusions Creative Dyary Glue Stick. Trim off any pieces that hang off the edge.

Step 10: Find the quote “I wish I could love anything as much as I love myself” from the White Bigger Back Chat set and adhere to the page.

Step 11: Add a few details with the White Linen paint pen like borders around the quote and small white hearts to complete your layout.
