Instructions 
The Dylusions Collage Sheets invite you to PLAY and have fun in your art journal. There are so many options and combinations with the images, that each spread can truly be a unique piece that can be a springboard for your journaling and doodles.

Step 1: Using your Mini Blending Tool blend two complementary colors onto 2 pages in your Large Dylusions Journal, here we used Fresh Lime and Turquoise to create a grassy foreground and an upper sky.

Step 2: Find and cut out images from your Dylusions Collage sheets that will create a “village” theme. The sheets include some houses, but you can also cut out the abstract shapes from the sheets into houses as well. Find some images that can create a person for your page. This is the fun part!

Step 3: Add some stars to your sky with the Stars stencil and some London Blue paint to give some depth to your page.

Step 4: Cut out some borders from your collage sheets and glue to the edges of your pages, creating a “frame”.

Step 5: Trace around your border with a black Scribble Stick.

Step 6: Wet the Scribble Sticks around your border with a paint brush allowing your border to stand out.

Step 7: Start auditioning your pieces around to create a scene. Once you have your images where you like them, begin to glue them down. Sometimes taking a picture with your phone before you begin, incase your collage pieces move around. 

Step 8: Once everything has been glued in place, you can begin to add doodles to your pages with your Dylusions Paint Pens.

Step 9: Once your doodles have dried you can go i to your page and add some journaling. Here, lines were created to look like hills and then words were added to the lines.
